the caboose

Whether or not you grew up playing with toy trains, we know there will be smiles from ear to ear when everyone gets a load of what we have here at The Annex—this train is unlike anything anyone’s ever seen.

The Caboose was originally a rail car for the Illinois Central Railway, a remarkably historical railroad, and once the longest railroad in the world. While it hasn’t seen the tracks in some years, our caboose is now one of the most unique features at The Annex.

It’s fully renovated with a full bathroom and shower, plenty of seating, and ample room for getting ready. And to top things off, we outfitted this historical caboose with a beer fridge, satellite TV, and a spacious deck to play some cornhole or indulge in a pre-wedding stogie.
