Additional Details

Dates are booked once we receive the initial deposit and signed contract. Initial deposit equals ⅓ of total investment. Refundable damage deposits vary on the package you choose and will be billed 30 days prior to the event date.

Lodging

  • Lodging does not permit access to other areas of the venue
  • For night of wedding only
  • Check in at 2:00 p.m.
  • Check out at 9:00 a.m.
  • 6% hotel tax is charged on all lodging booked

      Day-of Coordinator

      The Annex’s day-of coordinator will help with the day’s details, such as…

      • Room layout
      • Scheduling final walk-thru and planning meeting with the venue
      • Create personalized wedding day timeline
      • Finalize details with vendors
      • Coordinating the processional
      • Assist with decorations and other signage
      • Coordinate with DJ on ceremony announcements for speeches & toasts
      • Prepare guests for grand exit

      Does not include full wedding-planning services. Please note we require a Day-of Coordinator for all weddings; however, you may choose to use an outside coordinator.

      • Price shown is for Pearl Package, includes all ceremony & reception music plus uplighting
      • Upgrades available

      Floral & Decor

      • Packages range from $1,150 to $4,250
      • All packages include essential items, such as bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages
