What’s the maximum number of guests The Annex can accommodate?
Our venue can host up to 200 guests, making it perfect for medium to large weddings. It’s also intimate enough for smaller weddings with less than 100 guests.
Does The Annex offer indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces?
Yes! We provide both indoor and outdoor options, plus an outdoor cocktail patio that connects seamlessly to our indoor reception area for guests to flow between spaces.
What’s included in the wedding venue rental at The Annex?
The venue rental includes:
- Exclusive access from 10 AM to midnight
- Setup of tables and chairs
- Black linens for cocktail hour
- Access to our personalized client portal for event planning
- An online floor plan and seating chart tool
- Up to 2 hours for bridal or engagement photos
- The flexibility to choose your own vendors (excluding bar service)

Can we bring in our own wedding vendors?
Yes. We require our in-house bar service, but you’re free to choose your own caterer, florist, and other vendors. We believe weddings should reflect your unique style, so we don’t limit your choice of vendors.
Is parking available for guests at The Annex?
Yes, we provide ample on-site parking for your guests.
Are tables and chairs included with the venue rental?
Yes, we offer:
- Black Chiavari chairs for indoor ceremonies
- Dark wood folding chairs for outdoor ceremonies
- Handmade farmhouse tables or round banquet tables for receptions—you can mix and match to create your perfect layout.
Do I need to rent linens for my wedding at The Annex?
You’ll only need to rent linens if you use our round banquet tables for your reception. We provide black linens for the cocktail tables, and our farmhouse tables don’t require linens.
What is the average wedding budget of couples who book The Annex?
On average, couples who book with us plan to spend between $20,000 to $30,000 on their entire wedding.
How much of my budget will be spent at The Annex?
Couples looking for a semi-inclusive experience typically spend between $9,000-15,000 with us. Couples who prefer a venue-only package usually spend between $7,000-8,000. Does The Annex offer additional services?
Yes, we offer optional Enhancement Packages that include day-of coordination, a professional DJ, floral and decor services, and overnight lodging. We also offer premium bar packages to cover your beverage needs.
Can I host my rehearsal dinner at The Annex?
Yes! The Annex offers a Rehearsal Dinner Package for booked couples, hosted in our Greenhouse and surrounding garden patio. This 6-hour rental includes time for your ceremony run-through, light decor setup, and dinner. Setup, staffing, and linens are provided by The Annex. The package is available for up to 50 guests and may be added four months before your wedding date, subject to availability. Bar services are provided by Bar 7110. Lodging may be added as well.
Do you offer reduced pricing for micro-weddings or elopements?
Yes, we have a Micro Wedding Package for intimate celebrations with 50 guests or less. This package is available if you book within six months of your date. How can I reserve my wedding date at The Annex?
What is the payment schedule for weddings?
Payments are divided into four equal parts, as described below. However, this schedule may be adjusted if your date is less than a year away.
- Deposit at the time of booking
- Second payment nine months before the event
- Third payment six months before the event
- Final payment three months before the event
Are deposits refundable if we cancel?
No, all payments are nonrefundable, as outlined in the venue contract.
Do you charge any service fees or gratuities?

Can we use candles in our wedding decor?

What are the decoration restrictions at The Annex?
Can we access The Annex the day before the wedding?
Unfortunately, venue access is limited to the wedding day unless you’ve added the Rehearsal Dinner Package. However, we offer early access on the day-of for an additional fee.
Is a day-of coordinator required at The Annex?
