The Annex can host up to 300 guests and offers the versatility for indoor or outdoor celebrations. Every couple has exclusive use of the entire venue on the day of their wedding. This means you have all indoor & outdoor areas at your disposal, so you never have to worry about the weather. And regardless of the size of your wedding, every couple will enjoy all of the same amenities.

Packages & Add-ons
We offer a convenient range of package options to accommodate any couple. Our day-only packages include up to 12 hours of rental time. Unlike other venues, The Annex also has on-site lodging for the newlyweds and their wedding party (up to 20 people total). Our extended packages include an overnight stay so the fun can continue.
We also offer certain add-on items, including access to the entire property for bridal or engagement photos, a tour of Omaha Ranch, and feeding the exotic wildlife.
